Opus Optimo NC3 is a chlorine free oil developed for difficult to severe machining operations on high tensile materials, stainless steels, forged steels etc. It is particularly suited to heavy duty broaching, high speed machining and deep hole boring for narrow diameters. Opus Optimo NC3 contains high levels of active sulphur EP and lubricity additives to meet the demands of such operations. Opus Optimo NC3 is formulated as a low viscosity oil to ensure rapid penetration to the cutting tool / work piece interface and effective flushing of swarf and chippings.
