Opus Optimo NC2 is an extreme pressure oil developed for use on steel and non-ferrous alloy metals in a wide range of machinery. Typical applications include turning, gear hobbing, thread cutting and thread forming. Opus Optimo NC2 contains inactive sulphur EP and lubricity additives together with anti-mist and anti-oxidant packages. Opus Optimo NC2 is suitable for use as a lubricating oil where a viscosity grade of ISO 22 is required. It can be utilized in automatic lathes where cross leakage into gearboxes can occur.
