Opus Optimo NC1 is a chlorine free neat cutting oil designed for light to medium duty cutting operations on most metals. It is suitable for a wide range of machinery including C.N.C’s and auto’s. Formulated with high level of antimist for operator acceptability. Opus Optimo NC1 is formulated to a low viscosity utilizing solvent refined mineral oils to provide high lubricity performance with good detergency and swarf settling properties. Opus Optimo NC1 is blended with specially selected lubricity agents allowing a good surface finish to be obtained on low and medium tensile strength steels, Aluminium and a variety of yellow metals without the need for chlorinated EP additives.
