Opus Weathershield PX-19 applies a thin greasy anti-corrosion coating which withstands even the most severe corrosive environments making it suitable for both indoor and external applications. Typical uses are for the long term protection of steel components stored outside, particularly applicable to the offshore industry for the protection of tools, dies, and moulds in the plastics, steel pressing and glass production industries.
Opus Weathershield PX-19 meets the DEF STAN 91-78/1 specification for use as a corrosion preventative for military applications.
