Opus Optimum Range

A range of Biodegradable Release Agents with water based materials at the forefront. Applications for dry and wet cast Concrete. Includes Optimum WB, / Optimum SE /Optimum WD/ Optimum CR2. New Biodegradable Dry-Cast product available within this range. BCA Category 5.

Opus Easycon Range

A bespoke range of Chemical Release Agents which have incorporated the latest additive Technology for enhanced surface finish, rust protection and mould cleanliness. Enhanced operator comfort is a feature of these products.

Options available for quick drying, anti-corrosion, non-staining applications, developed for various Formwork surfaces such as wood, steel, plastic, glass fibre and rubber. BCA Category 4-5.

Opus Easystrike Range

A variety of traditional Mould Oils including environmentally friendly products, oil-surfactant blends, cream emulsions and concentrates for diluting. Products include counter cast release agents & brick oils. BCA Category 2-4.

Opus Easypol and Easy wax

A mix of products for Pipe Industry and Culvert Production. Easypol RP2 for protection of steel Formwork and metal parts. Within this family of products is Easywax a unique Release Product for difficult features, compatible with Opus range of Release Agents. A single coat application of Easywax waterproofs and protects formwork surfaces reducing porosity variation wood sugar migration and hydration staining.

Opus Easytard Range

Concrete retarders for Stop Ends, Formwork and Direct to Concrete applications. Also controllable light etch retarders for PreCast.

Opus Easycure Range

Concrete curing membranes for protection of the freshly cast surface from excessive moisture loss during the critical early stages of development. Surface shrinkage cracks are minimised and marked reduction in the initial carbonation rate are achieved.

Opus Easycure range provides options for Concrete curing. Resin based products are available clear aluminised or containing fugitive dye. Supplied at different curing efficiencies, they can be used in a variety of applications including Dtp Contracts.

Opus Cementitious Repair Compounds

Pre-packed specialised repair cements based on the latest polymer cement Technology, providing a simple cost effective rapid repair system for insitu and precast concrete, masonry screeds, renders, brick and blockwork.

Opus Easypatch

A waterproof structural repair product, highly suited for use on damaged, honey combed or spalled concrete. Supplied in white/grey for colour match applications.

Opus Easyplug

Structural grade, waterproof repair product, slump free with exceptional compressive and adhesion strengths and also shrinkage compensated. May be used on vertical or overhead or other difficult areas of repair without the use of primer, special lightweight aggregates or support.

Opus Easystop

Structural grade for specific filling of Tieholes. Thixotropic in its plastic state and curing to give shrinkage compensated waterproof mortar with exceptional compressive and adhesive strengths, All products conform to Clause 6 of the Dtp standard BD 27/86 `Materials for the Repair of Concrete Highway Structures’.

Opus Easyflex

Bituminous based products which include concrete curing compounds, dowel bar debonding and cold applied rubber latex emulsion.

Opus Easyseal

Specialised floor hardening and sealing applications. Tough acrylic resins for increased durability and impermeability of Concrete slabs. Range includes Easyseal AC3.
